In the aftermath of Hurricane Irma, Florida’s logistics network will play a vital role in the rebuilding efforts. Major freeways and roads have been cleared, trains are running again and the state’s ports are open for business after potentially losing $208 million per day in revenue being closed.Florida’s logistics network services the 3rd most populous and the 8th most dense state in the nation. It is at the crossroads of growing north-south and east-west trade lanes, which will have access to more than 1.0 billion consumers by 2030.
